We built VPN for $5 to protect your privacy—not to collect your data. This policy explains what we collect (and what we don’t), how we use information to operate the service, and the choices you have.

• Name, email address, and your chosen plan when you contact us or subscribe.
• Support messages you send through the web form, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email.

2.2 Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full payment card details. We may receive limited information (e.g., transaction IDs, status) to activate your plan.

2.3 Service Diagnostics (minimal)

• Aggregate bandwidth usage and connection successes/failures per account to enforce plan limits and maintain reliability.
• Basic device/app metadata you send during setup only as needed for troubleshooting.

2.4 What We Do Not Collect

• No activity logs (no browsing history, DNS queries, or content of traffic).
• No source/destination IP address logging tied to your identity.
• No ads identifiers.

• Provide and operate the VPN (authentication, routing, capacity planning).
• Communicate with you about your plan, invoices, and support.
• Prevent abuse and secure our infrastructure.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

• Account/contact data is retained while your subscription is active and as required by law (e.g., tax/audit).
• Diagnostic metadata is minimized and typically retained short‑term; we aim to remove or aggregate it within 30–90 days unless needed for security or billing disputes.

• Payment processors and support tools (only what’s needed to provide the Service).
• Infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting and network partners) under confidentiality obligations.
• Lawful requests when legally required and narrowly scoped.
• Business transfers (merger/acquisition) with prior notice where feasible.

We never sell your personal data.

We implement industry‑standard protections such as TLS in transit, encrypted credentials at rest, access controls, and continual patching. No system can be 100% secure; please use strong, unique credentials and keep your apps updated.

• Access, correction, deletion of your account/contact data.

• Portability: request an export of account data we store.
